We plan, book and coordinate all aspects of your trip, and that means: Accommodation; meals; ground transportation; activities and tours. Our goal is to create the trip that you want.
How we plan:
It all begins with our Travel Inquiry Form which is usually how our clients first reach out to us.
When we receive an inquiry, we send an email to schedule a time to talk or a chat session. Next, we follow up with a proposal and quote, based on our initial conversation. We’ll also send our standard Terms and Conditions.
Once a client decides they want to work with us, a 20% non-refundable deposit will get the ball rolling. Our next step is to work with our trusted, expert partners to design and create a detailed day-to-day itinerary for you to review and approve, as well as accommodations, tours, tour guides, activities, reservations, transportation, and a host of other details.
Our client reviews the preliminary plan and we’ll make up to 2 rounds of revisions and adjustments our client may want to have made. Once the preliminary itinerary is approved, we can get to work on the bookings on your behalf.
Our Custom Travel Service Fee is simple and straightforward. We charge a one-time fee to research, plan and book trips customized to each client including all details at your destination, including hotel accommodation, transportation on the ground, tours and other activities. May also include travel insurance and international air travel booking.
